  10. Risk treatment objectives are identified in consultation with stakeholders
  11. Identify treatment options
  12. Community vulnerability is reviewed when identifying treatment options
  13. A range of potential risk treatment options is identified through research and stakeholder consultation
  14. Evaluate treatment options
  15. Treatment options are assessed and risks and implications for stakeholders are identified
